Abandon NATO: Donald Trump’s Sinister Plan
A new report suggests that if Donald Trump should win the 2024 presidential election, he will abandon NATO and go rogue without the support of our foreign relationships.
Politics :
Trump has made it crystal clear that if he is allowed to return to the Oval Office, he will act as a dictator (at least on Day 1) and may never leave The White House but decide to “serve” for more than the constitutionally allowed 8 total years.
However, now comes a report that Trump has intentions to sever long-standing ties with our foreign allies in order to take a Mafia-style approach to foreign policy.
According to retired Lt. Gen. Ben Hodges, a former commander of US Army Europe, Donald Trump will abandon NATO if he is ever allowed back inside The White House. The news comes on the heels of a recent political rally in South Carolina where Trump encouraged Russia to do “whatever the hell they want” to NATO members who weren’t meeting their spending obligations.
“Trump hates alliances. He hates an obligation where he’d have to live up to something,” Lt. Gen. Hodges said in an article earlier this week. “Mafia type that he is, he doesn’t want anybody restricting his options. He couldn’t care less about moral obligations. He’s willing to chuck the whole thing away,” he added.
Although the Biden administration was quick to slam Trump’s comments as “appalling and unhinged,” Republican Party officials were just as quick to cover for ‘The Donald’ and downplay his remarks as a negotiating tactic.
“We would be foolish not to take at face value exactly what he says,” Hodges continued. “In his last term, he did have people around him who were able to moderate certain things, at least for a period of time.
“He won’t make that mistake again!”Â
OK WASSUP! discusses Politics:
Trump wants to abandon NATO alliance.
Lt. Gen. Hodges is right on all points made.
Without a doubt, Trump would abandon NATO with a quickness, if given another opportunity.
Trump hates an obligation, ANY obligation, “where he’d have to live up to something, and “couldn’t care less about moral obligations.”
