Based on my observation, I noticed a gradual downgrading (if you will) begin to emerge about 25 years ago.

And unfortunately, it’s been downhill ever since.

Most of those people don’t seem to actaully know much (if anything at all) about any topic, least of all History – whether it be American history OR world history.

Gone are the days when Our news was presented by newscasters and journalists who actually knew something. They were knowlegeable and informed on a vast array of real world topics and certaily when it came to history.

People like Edward R. Murrow, Walter Cronkite, Peter Jennings, Tim Russert, Gwen Ifil. Just a few names on that incredible list.

Don Lemom got “schooled” by a British White woman on the issue of “Slavery” and “reparations” no less because Don Lemon doesn’t actaully know much.
