Anti-White Bias In America, Says Trump
According to Donald Trump, there’s a huge anti-White bias in America — and, if he’s elected president, he will put a stop to it.
Racism :
In a move that was strategically aimed at white supremacists and White-American males who are angry because they believe their majority status is slipping away, Donald Trump did more than blow a dog whistle earlier this week. He just came right out and said the quiet part out loud: White people are treated unfairly in this country and it’s time for him to do something about it.
During a recent interview with TIME, Trump said that if elected to the White House in November, he would pursue policies to address what he calls a “definite” anti-white bias in America.
“If you look at the Biden Administration, they’re sort of against anybody depending on certain views,” Trump said to his supporters who believe anti-White racism now represents a greater problem than anti-Black racism. “They’re against Catholics. They’re against a lot of different people… I think there is a definite anti-white feeling in this country and that can’t be allowed either.
“I don’t think it would be a very tough thing to address, frankly,” Trump continued. “But I think the laws are very unfair right now. And education is being very unfair, and it’s being stifled. But I don’t think it’s going to be a big problem at all. But if you look right now, there’s absolutely a bias against white [people] and that’s a problem.”
Trump vowed to levy taxes and fines against schools he considers as “too woke.” He also suggested he’d support dozens of bills that target diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies in higher education. Additionally, Trump hinted that he would join other members of the Republican base who’ve attacked critical race theory or CRT (an academic framework that explores how aspects of society perpetuate systemic racism) and will work to erase such coursework from curricula around the country.
Interestingly, a YouGov poll from December of 2023 found that more Republicans believe that white people face a “great deal” of discrimination compared to Black or Arab Americans. The poll also found that more Republicans believe that hate crimes against White people are a more serious problem than they are against Black or Arab Americans.
As an addendum to his anti-White bias beliefs, Trump volunteered that there “could be” violence surrounding the upcoming presidential election should there be any question about the “fairness” of the election.
“If we don’t win, you know, it depends,” Trump said. “It always depends on the fairness of the election.”
In a response on ABC’s THE VIEW, co-host Whoopi Goldberg took Donald Trump to task for his anti-White bias beliefs.
“‘There is a definite anti-white feeling in the country right now??? That’s what he said!” Goldberg exclaimed. “You know, sir … nobody in your family was hung. Nobody in your family was chased because of the color of their skin. How dare you? There’s no ‘anti-white’ issue here!”

Donald Trump claims anti-White bias in America.
Axios:
If Donald Trump returns to the White House, close allies want to dramatically change the government’s interpretation of Civil Rights-era laws to focus on “anti-white racism” rather than discrimination against people of color.
Why it matters: Trump’s Justice Department would push to eliminate or upend programs in government and corporate America that are designed to counter racism that has favored whites.
Targets would range from decades-old policies aimed at giving minorities economic opportunities, to more recent programs that began in response to the pandemic and the killing of George Floyd.
Trump campaign spokesperson Steven Cheung told Axios: “As President Trump has said, all staff, offices, and initiatives connected to Biden’s un-American policy will be immediately terminated.”
A CBS poll last November found that 58% of Trump voters believe that people of color were advantaged over white people — just 9% of Biden voters said the same.
