Could the concept of pregnancy and creation of life change forever? According to scientific advances and the impending introduction of the ‘Artificial Womb,’ the answer is yes!

The process is called ectogenesis and is for those women who either can’t or simply choose not to physically carry a baby. With no more need to find a female surrogate to serve as a baby “incubator,” women of any age can enjoy motherhood the scientific way. No more morning sickness, no more weight gain, no more physical limitations, no more pausing work or travel prior to delivery.
Singles or couples who choose to become parents via the Artificial Womb will be able to select hair color, eye color, intelligence level, and other very specific characteristics. Diseases or handicaps in newborns will be eradicated and a thing of the past. Scientists even say the entire process could take place inside the home to allow bonding between mother and child, with the parent(s) having the ability to feed and even talk to or play music for the growing fetus.

Well…certainly, there is no limit to the things man can dream up and create- good AND bad.
Personally, this reminds me of Hitler’s obsession with trying to create a “Super” or “Master” .race – the difference in this case being the pursuit of crating a “superior” HUMAN race…no matter the baby’s racial or ethnic heritage. .
Equally disturbing to me is that strikes me as man’s endless (and dare I say) evil attempts to become “a god unto himself” by trying to eliminate (if you will) the “real” God altogether.
Create whatever they will. God is…and will always BE…God.
