In the mind of Donald Trump, his appearance at the recent G-20 summit (or any and everywhere, for that matter) was a colossal success.  However, an Australian television station wasn’t at all impressed and declared his performance a colossal failure!

Politics
For Trump, his M.O. has always been to attempt to control the media and dictate the perception he wants the masses to believe about him. That game was not a roadblock for Chris Uhlmann, the political editor for the Australian Broadcasting Corporation, who delivered a scathing report against “The Donald” on Sunday, describing how he has quickly diminished the respect of America in the world.

Trump sits uncomfortably with Germany’s Angela Merkel and Canada’s Justin Trudeau

“We learned that Donald Trump has pressed fast-forward on the decline of the United States as a global leader,” Uhlmann said in an on-air segment that has since gone global. “He managed to isolate his nation, to confuse and alienate his allies, and to diminish America.”

Uhlmann went on to describe Trump as “an uneasy, lonely, awkward figure” at the gathering of world leaders in Hamburg, Germany, adding:  “And you got the strong sense that some of the leaders are trying to find the best way to work around him.”

Ouch!

Wait, there’s more.

The U.S. president has a “particular skill set.  He’s identified an illness in Western democracies, but he has no cure for it and seems intent on exploiting it,” Uhlmann continued. “He has no desire and no capacity to lead the free world.”

His words came as angry citizens in the US criticized Trump for allowing his unelected, unskilled, and non-government official daughter, Ivanka, to sit in for him among world leaders while he was “too busy” and wished to attend to — ahem — “other things.”

“The president had an opportunity to put pressure on Russia and China by delivering a G-20 statement condemning North Korea’s nuclear provocations,” he said. “Other leaders expected it. They were prepared to back it, but it never came.”

Uhlmann was not done but was merely warming up.

He added that although Trump’s speech in Poland was well received, it didn’t reveal his true feelings about the world because it was written for him.

“There’s a tendency among some hopeful souls to confuse the speeches written for Trump with the thoughts of the man himself — he did make some interesting, scripted observations in Poland about defending the values of the West,” Uhlmann said. “And he’s in a unique position. He’s the one man who has the power to do something about it. But it’s the unscripted Trump that’s real.”

Politics
Uhlmann then delved into Trump’s undisciplined Twitter addiction.

“[He is] a man who barks out bile in 140 characters, who wastes his precious days as president at war with the West’s institutions — like the judiciary, independent government agencies, and the free press,” Uhlmann said.

“Donald Trump’s a man who craves power because it burnishes his celebrity,” Uhlmann continued. “To be constantly talking and talked about is all that really matters, and there is no value placed on the meaning of words — so what’s said one day can be discarded the next.”

KAPOW!

Uhlmann concluded his words by saying: “Some will cheer the decline of America” on the world stage, “but I think we’ll miss it when it’s gone.”

australianBy Sunday afternoon, testimonials from around the world flooded social media in agreement with Uhlmann’s report.

‘[He] is the first journalist to accurately assess the reign of Donald Trump, and what he just did to America,’ the Rebel Action Network tweeted.

‘Sadly, your assessment of Trump is dead-on. We Americans and the world deserve better than this incompetent, incoherent ignoramus,’ Shelly Sure said.

‘Trump has brought shame on America, he is the laughing-stock of the world,’  PrairieWind Creation added.

Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, THIS is what the world thinks of our elected leader. THIS is how the world now views America!

Yes indeed. I was hoping you'd post about this…and you did. Thanks.

Watching that CLUELESS moron wandering around aimlessly on the world stage like a CLUELESS moron was more than my eyes could take for more than a few seconds. When I think about how Our national prestige has been flushed down the toilet by the very presence of Trump as the "the President" of the United States..smh. Well (sigh)..it's painful. Just. Painful.

Trump voters along with the Republicans serving on Capitol Hill OWN this sh*tstorm of a presidency and national embarrassment. And when this whole nightmare is over – however it ends- WE (the majority of Americans) should NEVER EVER forget who was responsible for having done this to Us and to Our country.

On a related note…..the New York Times broke this news last night…. "Trump Jr. Was Told in Email of Russian Effort to Aid Campaign" Excerpt: WASHINGTON — Before arranging a meeting with a Kremlin-connected Russian lawyer he believed would offer him compromising information about Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump Jr. was informed in an email that the material was part of a Russian government effort to aid his father’s candidacy, according to three people with knowledge of the email. The email to the younger Mr. Trump was sent by Rob Goldstone, a publicist and former British tabloid reporter who helped broker the June 2016 meeting. In a statement on Sunday, Mr. Trump acknowledged that he was interested in receiving damaging information about Mrs. Clinton, but gave no indication that he thought the lawyer might have been a Kremlin proxy. Mr. Goldstone’s message, as described to The New York Times by the… Read more »

BREAKING: It's about 1:50 PM EST……

"The Smoking Gun"

He was told it was part of Russia’s attempt to help his father win the election. […] HuffPost

I've been in meetings the past few hours but from what I'm seeing online (I have my office door closed) Junior may have provided THE smoking gun through the disclosure of his…(wait for it)…..EMAILS…smh.

Now wouldn't that be something…if the person who ends up taking down the Trump (fake) presidency is none other than Trump Jr. himself…!?!

WE shall see.

Mr. BD

Uh oh this must be a day for meetings because I just came out of mine and and just heard about the Trump Jr news. This does not look good at all. I am crossing fingers they got something real.

Mr. BD

LOL oh brother this was like one of those good old fashioned butt whoopings from back in the day. It took this Australian man to say what everybody had been thinking and tell it like it is.

Truthiz1

Yep….Lol.

And in response to Jr.'s email disclosures this morning………….

NRO Reader:
It's not looking great for Junior, so "He's not a crook, he's just a giant putz" is the best defense they have. And to think that this is the guy that Hannity thought would have a bright future in politics. [..]

NRO Reader:
"I find the bigger, more troubling question to be the performance of Donald Trump Jr.’s BS detector. [..]

NRO Reader:
Which could have been clouded by his eagerness to collude with the Russians to smear Clinton? [..]
