Bail Caveat Could Land Trump In Georgia Jail!

Spread The Love

Bail has been set in the Georgia case against Donald Trump — but the caveat associated with the bond will almost assuredly lead to his ultimate demise.

Top News Today :
On Monday, Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee set bond for Donald Trump at $200,000 in the current election interference case being staged by District Attorney Fani Willis. Trump is expected to turn himself in to Georgia officials on Thursday and will be immediately released upon payment of the bail bond.

Bail

(NOTE: The judge also set bail for Trump attorneys John Eastman and Kenneth Chesebro at $100,000, for attorney Ray Smith III at $50,000, and for supporter Scott Hall at $10,000)

However, the provisions associated with Trump’s bond could potentially land him behind bars sooner rather than later.

According to ABC News, the judge attached a requirement for each of the defendants (including Trump), saying they “shall perform no act to intimidate any person known to him or her to be a codefendant or witness in this case or to otherwise obstruct the administration of justice.”

The order included “no direct or indirect threat” against codefendants or witnesses.

“The above shall include, but are not limited to, posts on social media or reposts of posts made by another individual on social media,” the agreement said.

Additionally, all defendants were warned they are prohibited from communicating about the facts of the case with codefendants, except through counsel.

Needless to say, the bail caveat is horrific news for Donald Trump.

To put it bluntly, Trump refuses to shut up. He refuses to follow the rules. He refuses to understand that he’s one footstep away from detainment. Or, in other words, his privileged refusals are about to do him in this time.

If Donald Trump fails to adhere to the terms of his $200,000 bail agreement, he could not only forfeit the cash bond but be placed behind bars at the infamous Fulton County Jail. For anyone who’s unaware, the Georgia jail is much less like Trump’s Mar-a-Lago country club and much more like a 3rd world prison.

In the words of The Department of Justice and multiple nonprofit watchdog groups, the Fulton County facility suffers from overcrowding, structural issues, malnourishment among inmates, filthy housing teeming with insects, outbreaks of lice and scabies, rampant violence resulting in death and injuries, and officers using excessive force.

Although Trump is entitled to Secret Service protection for the rest of his life, the agency will be unable to protect him from lice, bed bugs, and other hazardous environmental conditions.

With that in mind, one would expect that Trump and his team would try very hard to adhere to the rules so as to avoid jail under these conditions, right? WRONG!

Not long after the judge issued the gag order, Trump was on his Truth Social network attacking Fani Willis and being the braggadocious, loud-mouthed jerk that he is.

Bail

We’ll have to wait and see how Judge McAfee handles this brazen disrespect for his bail conditions. However, it doesn’t look good for ‘The Donald.’

Stay tuned…

Judges really shouldn’t impose restrictions on this dangerous clown, if they know they’re really not willing to hold him accountable when he simply blows past those restrictions and says whatever the heck he feels like saying at any time he feels like saying it.

We’ll see how this plays out in Georgia.

Associated Press: Former President Donald Trump says he will surrender to authorities in Georgia on Thursday to face charges in the case accusing him of illegally scheming to overturn his 2020 election loss in the state. “Can you believe it? I’ll be going to Atlanta, Georgia, on Thursday to be ARRESTED,” Trump wrote on his social media network Monday night, hours after his bond was set at $200,000. It will be Trump’s fourth arrest since April, when he became the first former president in U.S. history to face indictment. Since then, Trump, who remains the leading candidate for the Republican presidential nomination, has had what has seemed like an endless procession of bookings and arraignments in jurisdictions across the country. His appearances in New York, Florida and Washington, D.C., have drawn enormous media attention, with news helicopters tracking his every move. Trump’s announcement came hours after his attorneys met with… Read more »

ABC News “The recent allegations of filthy housing teeming with insects, rampant violence resulting in death and injuries, and officers using excessive force are cause for grave concern and warrant a thorough investigation,” said Ryan Buchanan, U.S. attorney for the Northern District of Georgia. Now the infamous jail will be in the spotlight once again, when former President Donald Trump and the 18 others charged in District Attorney Fani Willis’ election interference probe are expected to surrender themselves at the facility for processing this week. The processing of the former president and others is also likely to underscore what critics have called a two-tiered system of justice for white-collar defendants. When Trump arrives at the jail for processing, he is expected to spend no more than a few hours inside the facility. In contrast, many defendants spend weeks in the facility awaiting their release on bond or their trial date.… Read more »

I live in Georgia. I can confirm nobody wants to go to that jail.

Truthiz1

I believe you Wil. It’s been about 12 yrs since I’ve visited Atlanta and that particular jail had a bad reputation back then.

Generally speaking, I wouldn’t wish 5 minutes of that jail on anyone. But given all the evil Trump has unleashed on Our country, which has led to the damage and destruction of so many lives, they should put his evil-azz in there and throw away the key!

Mr.BD

We were talking about this at work. Georgia is about to be the most important trial of all of them. They have the best proof since Trump said on the phone he wanted them to find him votes. Then because it is a state case he cannot get pardoned. Also the jury in Fulton is probably going to be all black Democrats.

Truthiz1

I don’t know BD. I’m really hoping it’s not an all Black jury. It’s Atlanta so I expect most of the jurors will be people of Color. But I’m really hoping there’s at least some racial diversity among them. At least, one or two Whites.

But I do agree with you that this may be the most important trial of them all!?!
