I watched the announcement live on tv yesterday and I got boiling mad listening to that black attorney general. He never should have spoke at the Repub convention knowing he had this important case coming up. But it was plain he really did not press for any charges. There was no justice here at all so here we are back to the streets. Trump saying what he did made matters worse too. We as a country are going to hell in a hand basket.

And let Us also acknowledge these Truths as well…..

1. The Klan long ago turned in their White hoods and sheets for law enforcement badges. And they are bound and determined to carry out their centuries-old mission to “Kill the Niggers.”

2. Until WE (Blacks) show that WE truly value “Black Lives” – no matter the race of the killer – the message of “Black Lives Matter” will continue to ring hollow with millions of other Americans.

The truth is- more innocent Blacks die at the hand of violent Blacks, and by a Significant margin, than Blacks who die at the hands of whites. I am NOT now, nor have I ever been, willing to overlook that truth and fact.

This is an incredibly tragic outcome to an incredibly tragic story but sadly NOT surprising to me, given the laws dictating the governing systems of every major agency and institution in America – rooted in depraved indifference for the lives of Blacks all across this country, since its founding. This is especially true of the American Criminal Justice system, and in particular in states like Kentucky where you have such conflicting laws as:

1. The Right to “Stand Your Ground”
2. “The Right to Carry” ….and….
3. The Right of police to conduct “No-Knock” warrants

I am in total agreement with Stephen A. on this. These Conflicting laws are “a recipe for a disaster” and a “powder keg waiting to go off.”

The truth is, Until the obvious madness of such conflicting laws are Called. Out. nationally and Repealed this kind of Evil will continue, Unarmed Blacks will continue to die AND no one should be surprised.
