C-SPAN = “BLACK-SPAN”

Has the C-Span Network become “too black”?  According to one white man, yes it has!

On a recent program discussing President Obama’s secret trip to Afghanistan, “Bill,” a white North Carolina man called into the program to suggest C-Span change its name to “Black-Span.” His gripe was that he believed too many black people were calling into the program — on the Republican discussion line no doubt — and that he had had enough.  He scolded the moderator Bill Scanlan that if the network didn’t do something to stop it, he and other conservatives would take their network viewing elsewhere (INSERT LAUGHTER HERE).
