Medical marijuana is readily available to some California residents with a prescription from their local Doctor. And of course the “Mary Jane” is also readily available to ANYBODY, without a prescription, from their local Dealer. Well Gov. Schwarzenegger has had enough, and wants to be cut in on the profits. Opponents say legalizing marijuana will send the wrong message to our kids, not to mention it will remain illegal in the 49 other states. But supporters say with liquor and tobacco already taxed for state profit, legalizing marijuana will give immediate help to a state in crisis, not to mention it will shut down many of the local and illegal street dealers.
