Obama (the FIRST African-American President in U.S. history) at EVERY opportunity. BUT then he somehow thinks it's fitting to honor a fallen Black pop-star (btw, who had lived a very troubled life) by lowering all New Jersey state flags to half-staff!?! I don't get it 🙁 ???
