Constitutional Crisis Is Coming In 2024 Election

- America's impending emergency that no one's talking about

Are you prepared for the inevitable constitutional crisis coming in 2024 and 2025?

Politics :
Following the 2020 presidential election and after losing to Joe Biden, Donald Trump refused to concede defeat. He launched the narrative that the election was stolen from him (which continues to this day) and even instigated a coup attempt against the US Capitol — one that almost successfully halted democracy.

Constitutional Crisis

Knowing what happened in 2020, why is nearly everybody ignoring and/or not discussing the very real possibility of a violent constitutional crisis in 2024/25 that could be 10 times worse?

As we approach the end of the year and the start of 2024, Americans should be shaking in their boots at the thought of what could be coming. Or, to put it bluntly, the next 12 months are not going to be pretty no matter what.

If all goes as expected, Joe Biden and Donald Trump are set for another political showdown for the presidency. If Biden loses, Trump has already made it blatantly clear that he will rule as a “dictator” (on Day 1) which will undoubtedly prompt proponents of democracy to stage an uprising.

However, if Trump loses, does anybody truly believe he’ll accept defeat and simply go quietly into the night?

Constitutional Crisis

According to David Frum of The Atlantic, a dangerous constitutional crisis is all but inescapbable in 2024/25.

“By Election Day 2024, Donald Trump will be in the thick of multiple criminal trials,” Frum warned. “A second Trump term would instantly plunge the country into a constitutional crisis more terrible than anything seen since the Civil War. Even in the turmoil of the 1960s, even during the Great Depression, the country had a functional government with the president as its head. But, the government cannot function with an indicted or convicted criminal as its head.

“The president would be an outlaw, or on his way to becoming an outlaw. For his own survival, he would have to destroy the rule of law.”

Constitutional Crisis
David Frum

Frum, who was once a speechwriter for former President George W. Bush, went on to describe the actions Trump would almost assuredly take if he was allowed to return to The White House.

“From Trump himself and the people around him,” Frum explained, “we have a fair idea of a second Trump Administration’s immediate priorities: (1) Stop all federal and state cases against Trump, criminal and civil. (2) Pardon and protect those who tried to overturn the 2020 election on Trump’s behalf. (3) Send the Department of Justice into action against Trump adversaries and critics. (4) End the independence of the civil service and fire federal officials who refuse to carry out Trump’s commands. (5) If these lawless actions ignite protests in American cities, order the military to crush them.”

Yes, you read that correctly.

If Donald Trump wins the 2024 election (either fair and square or through nefarious methods), he intends to use the US military to obliterate anyone who dares to challenge or oppose his ascent to power.

Frum continued: “A restored Trump would lead the United States into a landscape of unthinkable scenarios. Will the Senate confirm Trump nominees who were chosen because of their willingness to help the president lead a coup against the U.S. government? Will the staff of the Justice Department resign? Will people march in the streets? Will the military obey or refuse orders to suppress demonstrations? The existing constitutional system has no room for the subversive legal maneuvers of a criminal in chief.”

Constitutional Crisis

And that, folks, is how our lives (as we know it) will end and how America will fall into a constitutional crisis unlike anything any of us have ever seen in our lifetime.

Are we ready or grossly underprepared for what’s coming in 2024/25?

Newsweek: The possibility of a second Trump term has created a “legal emergency” that threatens the Constitution, a group of conservative lawyers say. Retired Judge J. Michael Luttig, attorney George Conway and former Representative Barbara Comstock are calling on their fellow conservative lawyers to fight the “threat” that former President Donald Trump would pose to the Constitution if he were to return to the White House. In a New York Times op-ed titled, “The Trump Threat Is Growing. Lawyers Must Rise to Meet This Moment,” Luttig, Conway and Comstock, who are all prominent critics of Trump, expressed concern that Trump would fill his administration with people willing to circumvent existing laws and long-established legal norms if he were to be elected in 2024. Trump, who remains the frontrunner in the Republican primaries, already has a blueprint to wield more power in the executive branch thanks to Project 2025, a handbook… Read more »

Hey thanks for this Wil. Conway is one of the few people that has been on Trump from the very beginning. How he stayed married to his ex wife while she was working for Trump I still do not understand.

DJ made a good point. If Trump loses there is no way he is going to accept it. He already proved that the last time around. We are definitely heading toward trouble. The only way to save things is if Trump goes to jail and cannot run. If that does not happen we are in for a lot of trouble next year.

I’m late again, forgive me……

I think We’ve been heading in this direction since to Constitution was finalized (Sept 17, 1787) and ratified on Sept 18, 1787.

And I think the decision to NOT hold ALL of the Confederate leaders criminally responsible in a Court of Law immediately following the end of the Civil War – beginning with Confederate Pres. Jefferson Davis and his traitorous cohorts who led hundreds of thousands of young men to take up arms against their/Our own government was a HUGE error in judgment on Pres. Lincoln’s part.

It would have sent a resounding message to anyone in the future who dared to even consider carrying out such madness!

Btw I’m very aware that Jefferson Davis was imprisoned for 2 years.

First: They should have locked him up for the rest of his treasonous life and threw away the key.

And then the same should have been done to Every one of his Confederate military leaders, beginning with Robert E. Lee.
