It’s called DENIAL. I am absolutely frustrated with my people’s inability to confront the DEADLY DENIALS that are KILLING US. The destruction of healthy functioning Black families, HIV/AIDS, DL brothas, STOP SNITCHING, babies still having babies, mental health stigma and the list goes on and on…(sigh)! Ending the DEADLY DENIALS pattern of thinking and behaving will take a tremendous amount of effort, hard work and long-term commitment on the part of the majority of the Black American community. “WE are the ones WE’VE been waiting for.”And make no mistake about it_IF WE FAIL TO SHOW UP……We’re FINISHED, as a people.
