Stephanie said it. At his core, Trump is exactly that “a one-man wrecking machine.” Indeed, a destroyer.

And when he’s really done destroying the Republican party there won’t be much of anything at all left of it.

Repubs will have no one to blame for it but themselves!

But I just heard MSNBC report that Lindsey Graham and others are trying to talk Trump out of announcing anything before the run-off election in GA on Dec. 6th, fearing the effect his “very big announcement” could have on that election.

So umm…they expect Trump to sit down, behave and keep his mouth shut until Dec. 7th?!

Lolol….Yeah. Okay.

Most of Wednesday was spent analyzing and trying to deconstruct the Republican red-wave-that-never-was. But the reason for the GOP’s embarrassing flop is extremely simple: it’s Donald Trump, as MSNBC’s Stephanie Ruhle so succinctly explained.

“Realize, Donald J. Trump is a loser. He won once in 2016. Republicans lost in 2018. He lost in 2020. And if you really look at what happened last night, you can point it directly back to Trumpism,” she said.

She then gave examples of the corrosive MAGA strategies that only backfired on the GQP: “Culture-pushing nonsense-culture wars – that’s Trump. Election denying — that’s obviously Trump. And limiting access to abortion — Donald Trump delivered that.” she said.

And then she strips him down to his core: “He’s a one-man wrecking machine.”

“The only problem is he is not going away unless they put him in jail or something.”

BINGO! Some Repub voters are now openly expressing they want Merrick Garland to “hurry up” and indict Trump. They want to see him convicted and sent to prison.

I always knew that IF the day ever came when right-wingers begin to turn on Trump they would do so with a vengeance!

It’s too early to tell if I was right. But I would posit, WE will soon see.

Then there are Repub “Conservatives” who despise Trump and have Never kissed his rear-end. They launched their own websites quite some time ago. Sites like The Bulwark and The Dispatch is where they congregate.

And you may recall “The Lincoln Project” group. They produce the best ads against Trump and his ignorant and hateful sycophants. And they’ve been waiting for the Republican fever to break since 2016. That time may be at hand(?)

We’ll have to wait and see.
