BD is absolutely correct. "Republicans"…(and especially the GOP *base*) .."don't know how to seperete religion and politics."In fact, this 2-headed_OR should I say_3-headed Monster (the deadly mixture of religion-politics-and endless wars) is the sole creation of the Repub *establishment* who_starting with Nixon and with even greater determination AND force, during, AND AFTER, Reagan_carefuilly and cynically set out to secure AND maintain POWER by ANY means necessary. The GOP *establishment* is reaping what it's sown.For the past 40 yrs the GOPs call to Haters, Racists, right-wing Nutjobs, Bigots and Ignoramuses of ALL sorts has beeen 'COME ONE! COME ALL!" Those vile factions found a home within the GOP and now _after 40 yrs of the *establishment* having TRAINED its *base* to think and behave in the most disgusting and Hateful of ways towards the "OTHERS," a significant portion of the "base* is doing just that when it comes "the Mormon."South Carolina (Jan 21st) will be the beginning of a real test for Mitt as the primaries head into the bible-belt. Will he have serious problems down there? We shall see.

No surprise here Romney is gonna have trouble down in the bible belt. I can already see a fight at the convention gearing up. Republicans don't know how to seperete religion and politics.
