Fifth Plane In 9/11 Terrorist Attack?
Was there a fifth plane involved in the September 11, 2001, terrorist attack? A new documentary says YES!
Current Events :
In the documentary, TMZ Investigates: 9/11 The Fifth Plane, Tom Mannello, who was the captain of United Airlines flight #23 on that fateful morning, said his flight was meant to be a target of the terrorists behind the 9/11 attack.
Mannello believes the ground crew helped the terrorists get weapons onto the planes on the morning of 9/11 — but somehow delivered weapons to the wrong plane, which prevented any attempted attack on his own flight. Box cutters were actually found on the plane immediately next to United #23 and were turned in to authorities. However, Capt. Manello believes the weapon was supposed to be on his plane and that the terrorists for the ‘fifth plane’ were on his flight. That lone mistake likely saved countless lives.
“There is a good chance that somebody was plotting to try to use our airplane as a weapon of mass destruction,” said Mannello. He then added, “The chief pilot reported to me that they had found two box cutters in the seat pockets in first class in the plane next to it, which had a tail number one digit off. If somebody was on the ground cooperating with them, they just simply made a mistake and put the box cutters on the wrong airplane. You have people who clean the airplane, people that load food on the airplane, that have access to the airplane. If somebody was in cooperation with the group they could have been put there. It wouldn’t be the hardest thing in the world to get on an airplane like that. It’s the one thing that makes me think that there’s a good chance that somebody was plotting to try to use our airplane as a weapon of mass destruction,” Mannello added.
The documentary explains that once the box cutters were found, all flights out of JFK Airport were canceled and passengers were forced to disembark. Soon thereafter, it was discovered that a floor hatch inside the plane (that led to the belly of the aircraft) had been opened and 2 passengers were seen running. Apparently realizing their plot had been foiled, the terrorists attempted an escape from the wrong plane.
“I definitely think Flight 23 was the fifth plane,” flight attendant Sandy Thorngren said. “They wanted to take us to show us a lineup of people at the Port Authority. They got us all in a van, a windowless van. I felt like we were getting snuck into this van. And driven over to the Port Authority offices where everyone – I mean, gates were locked and guarded with the armored military that had machine guns, or whatever rifles they were using. We were escorted to this one room with those double windows where you could see in but not out. And they asked us if we could identify any of the people that were behind that window,” she concluded.
Social media has since weighed in on the theory of a fifth plane.
“So they never arrested the guys suspected of plotting to hijack the plane. Same reason they stay quiet about every fu*king thing,” said one user.
“So there had to be at least four more terrorists the fbi left out of the report of 14 or so known hijackers than they showed us,” added another.
Another explained, “The feds knew that grounds crew members planted box cutters under seats. After 9/11, the government wanted to ban assigned seating. The theory was that grounds crew knew under which seats to put the weapons, but airlines complained SW [Southwest Airlines] style seating would kill business travel.”
The fifth plane documentary aired Monday night on Fox, however, it is available on Hulu and other popular streaming services.

The ‘fifth plane’ documentary regarding 9/11.
Thanks DJ. I hadn’t heard about any of this.
The sad reality is, because our government lies to Us about so many things, we will probably never know the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about 9/11.
Certainly not in my lifetime.
