FLAMING T.V.
Firefighters in Zurich, Switzerland were able to avert disaster recently when they received a frantic call from an elderly woman to extinguish a flaming television. But after racing to the rescue, firefighters were able to resolve the crisis with the simple push of a button.
You see, the television was tuned to a local station that broadcasts a Yule Log fireplace in the early morning hours and the elderly woman mistook the fire for something real. Once firefighters were able to convince the woman she was actually viewing a film and not a fire, they simply turned the television off to eliminate the robust video flames and calm the now embarrassed elder.
