Are you a travel connoisseur? Does your stomach sometimes feel uncomfortable when flying? Then check out this list of the foods NOT to eat on an airplane.

Bottled water? YES. Tap water? NO! Low sodium foods? YES. Gum, burritos, fatty foods? NO!
According to travel experts, avoiding dehydration, the dreaded “bloated” feeling, and of course, gas/flatulence at 30,000 feet is the best advice for flights of 2 hours or more.
