GARY COLEMAN REMAINS UNBURIED
It’s been nearly a year since actor Gary Coleman passed away. But what’s most distressing is that his body has still not been buried.
Coleman died on May 28, 2010. But according to former manager Vic Perillo, Coleman’s burial plans are still on hold because of a legal dispute between his parents and his estranged wife.
Perillo has recently been on a mission to urge the news networks who covered all the negatives of Coleman’s life after he passed away, to pay tribute to the former child star as he has not been laid to rest. “This was not the proper and dignified manner to show respect for the magnificent talent the world TV and film audience knew in Gary Coleman. This was not the send off he deserved.”
Until the courts are able to settle the legal wrangling between Coleman’s parents and his ex-wife, the former child star who became famous as the sass-talking “Arnold” in the television series “Diff’rent Strokes” will remain unburied. But instead of the media covering this injustice to a talent of Coleman’s magnitude, his manager is angry that only bad things have been promoted regarding his former client. “Unfortunately we learn of the great works and noble deeds of a person upon their death and at their memorial,” Perillo said. “Gary’s deeds and contributions to the entertainment industry and other endeavors were overshadowed by the desire of the media to stay focused on the misfortunes of his life and all the negatives.”
