I like wearing hats all the time but I know I can't take my driver's license picture in one. The law is the law and he needs to learn now he has to follow it, no matter how much of a "girl" he thinks he is!

Okay. Well then..as I already said – I understand the DMVs position AND I agree with it.

If they let this boy wear makeup then any male could come in wearing makeup as a disguise. All they'd have to do is say it was allowed once so it has to be allowed for everybody. And Truth, in the video the mother is there giving the son her full support. Something is wrong here because it's obvious this boy was never taught business attire. He won't be able to roll to a professional job dressing in makeup so he shouldn't at the DMV either.

I understand the DMVs position on this AND I agree with it.

But there's also the fact that this young man APPEARS to look like a girl, even without make-up…so, with respect to THIS case, I'm not sure what the DMV actually accomplished by insisting he remove it before he could have his pic taken?

But I also have another question- Where are his parents? He is, afterall, only 16 and therefore still a minor. The story states that he's suing the DMV…NOT his parents.

What is their position on this?
