At first I was going to say I don’t care what choice people make for themselves. But then DJ made some real good points. Everybody I know had something to say about Rachel Dolezal pretending to be black. A gay guy at work is always talking about how other gay guys he meet pretend to be a different age younger than what they are. So we can not have it both ways. If somebody wants to say they are whatever that is up to them. But all of us don’t have to go along with it. Plus this thing about getting rid of gender is going to far. Just be whoever you want but leave the rest of us out of it.

You’re darn skippy it was Hypocritical.

“Gender selection” is also just the sort of insane “FAD” that sends Millions of scared (mostly) old, white soc-con Christians running to the voting booth to vote for the likes of Trump. The feeling that “liberal heathens” and “godless, gay perverts” are taking over America and turning it into a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah (a real threat to a “normal way of life”) is quite palpable out in the heartland.

Extremist nonsense on the left is just as dangerous and detrimental as extremist nonsense on the right.
