Readers, you will note that I corrected myself. Initially I said:

Absolutely under NO circumstances should a child ever be granted such a surgery!

However, I meant to also add….

The Only Exception being a child who is born with the very rare birth defect of having the sex organs of both male and female. A hermaphrodite.

And even then, parents and medical providers MUST be so careful in how they go about making such incredibly tough decisions about their child’s life!!!

BD, imo, it should be against the law for ANY child to have that surgery.
