A string of political analysts have issued a severe GOP warning to Republicans and their message couldn’t be any clearer: You’re goin’ down!

The once Grand Ol’ Party has only been on the job in Congress for a few days and is already being called out as a failure. Infighting and backstabbing among members have spilled out into the public. A trick move to abolish the House Ethics Committee (in order to prevent anyone from revealing shady ethics violations by its members) has already been passed. Republicans are even licking their chops at the opportunity to investigate Hunter Biden, investigate the FBI and CIA, and even impeach President Biden.
Make no bones about it, Republicans have zero interest in using their newfound majority to actually govern or pass legislation on behalf of the American people. Instead, they only want to wield their power as a political weapon to avenge Donald Trump and get even against the Democrats.
Although their plans may feed red meat to supporters in the short term, it will absolutely annihilate them in 2024 when moderates and independents will likely choose united and adept Democrats over divided and vengeful Republicans.

Now, political analysts and insiders are sounding the alarm with a GOP warning that is telling the party of Lincoln (ouch) to stop the BS or else sign your own death certificate.
“Joe Biden will shortly announce his candidacy for the Democratic nomination. Despite his age, his evident cognitive decline and the risk of an accident that results in President Kamala Harris, and even if by this time next year the US economy is mired in recession, he will be re-nominated by acclamation. This will be no 1968 or 1976 for the incumbent,” former editor-in-chief Gerard Baker of The Wall Street Journal wrote in a recent op-ed piece.
“The Republicans meanwhile, are about to embark on yet another orgy of self-mutilation, one that may make last week’s Grand Guignol in the House look positively amicable,” he continued.
“Republicans need to get a grip — and fast — or they, and we, are going to lose the ability to halt this country’s march to the left for a decade or more,” he added. “The lessons of history couldn’t be clearer. Divided parties lose elections. Parties that indulge their most unrepresentative dogmatists alienate the rest. Parties that put ideological purity over governing become neither ideologically pure nor any longer in government.”
He wasn’t alone in his theory.
“This is such colossally bad politics,” MSNBC host Joe Scarborough said in his GOP warning just as Republicans continued their clown show at their own peril. “These kooks are going to slash the defense budget, and they’re going to allow the Democrats in the Senate and Joe Biden to be the protectors of America’s defense. Like, these kooks don’t understand they are walking right into another loss in 2024.
“They are going to war with the intelligence community. They’re attacking the FBI and the CIA. In the fever swamps of Trumpism, they go, ‘let’s crush the intel community, let’s crush the deep state.’ You know what, like, people in suburban Atlanta think, and like the suburbs of Philly, and up in Wisconsin and Michigan, they’re thinking, those guys, they’re professionals, they’re on our side, and they protect us from terrorists, radical terrorists from across the globe.”
He added: “They (Republicans) support a full-scale war of the men and women who are the professionals in our intel communities. Good luck selling that in ’24. You have just made Joe Biden’s day. Can you really get any dumber politically?”
“And then, what did we learn last week? The White House was actually — uh, the White House was trying to — I forget what it was. The White House last year was trying to direct the tax policy from the highest levels of our government.”
