They could not care less about Our nation or the American people. And if they have their way, the Shutdown will happen.

We're not dealing with rational or intelligent people. They are (mostly) "haters" driven by blind hatred of "Others," and especially the President.

I sincerely hope that …between the Southern Strategy (all those racist Repub primary voters) and Ted Cruz (and his ilk) …we are witnessing the last days of that abhorent party.
