Consign withTruth, you are speaking real talk on this post DJ. I had to run around the office when I first read it. We put all this emphasis on terrorism but ignore all the gun violence everyday of our life. People die in both so what's the difference?? It's time all these gun nuts and the NRA stop punking us and wake up to reality. I saw they did a moment of silence yesterday in Boston. Where's the moment of silence on the South Side of Chicago where all these kids are dying from guns everyday? Then the senate won't even pass a simple background check law??? Don't get me started. That guy from London wrote the hell out of that article and had us down pat. Good one today DJ!

"Adolphus Busch IV Resigns From NRA After Gun Control Defeat In Senate"

Adolphus Busch IV, heir to the Busch family brewing fortune, resigned his lifetime membership in the National Rifle Association on Thursday, writing in a letter to NRA President David Keene, "I fail to see how the NRA can disregard the overwhelming will of its members who see background checks as reasonable."

The resignation, first reported by KSDK, came a day after the Senate rejected a series of amendments to a gun control bill, including a bipartisan deal to expand background checks for gun sales. The NRA had vigorously opposed all those measures.

"The NRA I see today has undermined the values upon which it was established," wrote Busch. "Your current strategic focus clearly places priority on the needs of gun and ammunition manufacturers while disregarding the opinions of your 4 million individual members."

And what an incredible piece of TRUTH by Mr. Oliver!!! I had not seen it before so Thank You for sharing it.

Sadly it's nothing new. Foreign journalists have been calling America "OUT" for our insane, hypocritical and dare I say INHUMANE policies FOR YEARS (I know this because I've read them).

And here's the real tragedy ….WE (Americans) end up paying the BIGGEST price (in blood, treasure and rep) for Our own madness.

Now if only I could find a piece of American TRUTH regarding those AMERICAN TERRORISTS most responsible for unleashing TONS of "weapons of MASS destruction" upon an INNOCENT nation (IRAQ) and its people (Men, Women AND CHILDREN) an article calling for JUSTICE to be served on THOSE TERRORISTS…..then I'll know that WE are truly getting somewhere.
