Breaking News: SENATE APPROVES HEALTH BILL

Spread The Love
In a 60-39 vote early this morning, the U.S. Senate approved its version of Health Care reform.  Now the Senate and the House must reconcile their separate versions of the bill before President Obama can sign it into law.  This could be a very delicate dance, since the House and Senate versions differ greatly regarding funding, abortion coverage, and the so-called “Public Option.”  President Obama wants to sign a bill by December 31st, which could provide some sort of temporary coverage to many Americans by as early as January 1st.  As it continues to unfold, OK WASSUP! will provide full coverage of this Breaking News on Monday, following the Christmas holiday!

Health care reform starts at the grocery. Health is not something provided by the Gov't. It is provided by nature or God if you will based on your choices. If you make unhealthy choices, you are more likely to be unhealthy. If you make healthy choices, you are more likely to be healthy. If you expect the Gov't to save you, you are screwed.
