Impeach Or Indict? Trump Talks To Fox News

Spread The Love

Like a bad horror movie, the fallout continues from Donald Trump’s bizarre interview with Fox News last week.  Aside from his doomsday predictions of a stock market crash should Congress ever choose to impeach him, Trump’s loose lips are only making an indictment against him that much easier for Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

Politics
“If I ever got impeached, I think the market would crash, I think everybody would be very poor,” Trump said when asked if he thinks a Democrat-controlled Congress would try to impeach him. “You would see numbers that you wouldn’t believe.”  He then said he couldn’t fathom how any Congress would dare to impeach him, considering the near-perfect job he’s done while in the Oval Office.

“You know, I guess it says something like high crimes and all — I don’t know how you can impeach somebody who has done a great job,” Trump said.  “I give myself an A+. I don’t think any President has ever done what I have done,” he continued.

Impeach

“We haven’t even been 2 years. Biggest tax cuts in history. Soon to be two unbelievable Supreme Court justices, I’m sure that Justice Kavanaugh will be approved. Justice Gorsuch has been a star. You look at all the things we have done with regulations, the economy is the best it has ever been in history. The only thing I’m doing badly in is the press doesn’t cover me fairly,” Trump added.

While patting himself on the back for his greatness, Trump also appealed to the court of public opinion regarding the illegal $130,000 “hush money” payment made to silence porn star Stormy Daniels regarding their affair.

“They weren’t taken out of campaign finance, that’s the big thing,” Trump admitted during the Fox interview while under the impression that he was somehow making things better. “That’s a much bigger thing. Did they come out of the campaign? They didn’t come out of the campaign; they came from me.

“In fact, my first question when I heard about it was did they come out of the campaign because that could be a little dicey,” Trump said. “And they didn’t come out of the campaign and that’s big. But they weren’t – that’s not a – it’s not even a campaign violation.”

″You are so darned focused on promoting a financial boom that you fail to see that you are the one creating this moral bust.” – Neil Cavuto, Fox News

Regrettably (for him), Trump is terribly confused.  The crime is not whether the money to silence Stormy Daniels came from him or from his campaign.  The crime is that Trump paid her off at all as a means to buy her silence and affect the outcome of the 2016 presidential election.

Initially, Trump vehemently denied even knowing about the hush money payment.  Now, he has admitted on national television that not only did he know about the payment, but he personally made it himself from his own funds.

Surely, Robert Mueller’s DVR was running and recording every syllable as further evidence against loose-lips Trump.

IS FOX NEWS TURNING ON TRUMP?

Following Trump’s train-wreck of an exposé on Fox News, a prominent network anchor has shockingly and publicly flipped from lavish praise to crass criticism of “The Donald.”

Impeach

Fox News host Neil Cavuto absolutely lit into Donald Trump last Thursday, criticizing him for focusing on the stock market’s positive performance while creating “a moral bust.”

″You are so darned focused on promoting a financial boom that you fail to see that you are the one creating this moral bust,” Cavuto said of Trump’s predictions of a market crash if he is impeached.  “And we could all be the poorer for it.

“You don’t prevent a constitutional crisis by threatening a financial one,” Cavuto continued. “But, Mr. President, you guarantee both when your very actions and words create that crisis or make people think that you’re hiding one.”

Cavuto then rattled off a laundry list of Trump’s most “worrisome and tiresome” lies, brazenly calling him out for changing his story on controversies ranging from “hush money” payments to women who said they had affairs with him to his knowledge of a 2016 Trump Tower meeting with a Kremlin-linked lawyer in hopes of gathering damaging information on Hillary Clinton.

“You are right to say that some are out to get you,” Cavuto added as if speaking directly to Trump. ”But oftentimes, Mr. President, the problem is you: what you say, and how you keep changing what you say.”

Ouch!

ENQUIRER CEO RECEIVES IMMUNITY

Impeach
David Pecker

According to the Wall Street Journal, David Pecker, CEO of American Media Inc., which publishes the National Enquirer, was granted immunity in the federal investigation into Donald Trump in exchange for providing information on hush money deals.

During court testimony, Cohen said, “I and the CEO of a media company (Pecker), at the request of the candidate, worked together” to squelch stories, effectively implicating Trump himself.

According to court documents, Cohen and Pecker worked to suppress potentially damaging claims against candidate Trump, with Pecker using a tabloid tactic called “catch and kill” in order to stifle the stories.

Now that he holds a virtual “Get Out Of Jail Free” card from Robert Mueller, Pecker has admitted that he is holding a safe full of data dating back several years and implicating (his former friend) Donald Trump in a string of illegal hush money deals.

Politics
As the damning evidence against Donald Trump continues to grow from a molehill to a mountain, the question of not “if” but “when” will Trump go down continues to surface.

Will Congress impeach Trump, or will Mueller indict Trump?  Get ready, America — those are rapidly becoming the only 2 options!

I’m sorry DJ. My heart is so broken this morning because – of ALL the unconscionable and (dare I say) criminal acts carried out by that 2-legged piece of human waste, those acts, IMO, pale in comparison to the report released yesterday that revealed the following: {Hurricane} “Maria led to an estimated 2,975 deaths in Puerto Rico, according to the analysis by George Washington University’s Milken Institute School of Public Health, which was commissioned by Puerto Rico’s governor.” “That makes Maria the deadliest hurricane to hit the United States in more than 100 years, and one of the nation’s deadliest disasters ever. The new analysis looked at historical death patterns on Puerto Rico between 2010 and 2017, and compared those figures with the number of deaths that occurred between September 2017 — when the storm slammed the island — and February 2018.” “Based on the study’s findings, Maria’s fatalities surpass those… Read more »

I heard about this too Truth and I agree with you. Except I heard it was almost as many people that died on 9-11. Trump tried to make it out to be like forty people and what’s worse they didn’t race in to save those people like they did for Texas.

Not the least bit surprised to hear this news, given recent reporting that apparently McGahn has “cooperated” more extensively in Mueller’s investigation than the White House was aware of.
