This wall was a dumb idea from the get go. People have cut through it and climbed over it before with a ladder. They have tunnels the drug gangs built too. The way Trump went about building it was a joke you can see in the pictures because now everybody is just walking around it. He wasted all those billions of dollars that could have gone to other things and he is supposed to be a real estate genius. Give me a break.

That wall was nothing but a white racist gimmick in the first place. Even Trump, with his delusional azz, knew that “Mexico” was never going to pay for such a thing. His supporters knew it too but it’s just the sort of red meat they like to chew on so Trump fed it to them to their little dark hearts desire.

Like him, his supporters are mostly very frightened and mentally disturbed children in grown bodies. He’s a refection of them. And they’re a reflection of him. And this entire country is worse off because of him AND them.

Thankfully we have a new president. Biden has one h*ll of a task on his hands, trying to clean up the colossal messes left behind by Trump and his minions. But I think Biden is the man for THIS moment and time in our history. I really do.

The border separating the United States and Mexico is nearly 2,000 miles long. By the time Donald Trump was sworn in as president four years ago, there were 654 miles of physical barriers along the border, and the Republican intended to vastly add to that total — at Mexico’s expense.

We now know, of course, that he failed. Mexico did not finance the pointless, multi-billion-dollar boondoggle, and over the course of four years, the GOP administration managed to add about 47 miles of barriers where none previously existed. It was among the former president’s most glaring failures, even as he pretended it was a great triumph.

But while Trump’s term ended, the fiasco did not. The New York Times reported in December, for example, that whistleblowers have accused wall contractors of “smuggling armed Mexican security teams into the United States to guard construction sites, even building an illegal dirt road to speed the operation.”

Uh-huh. And to that I say….Naturally. Of course it’s an “epic Failure.” And WE knew that it would be because it’s the brainchild of Trump after all….and WE know that that’s the one thing Trump really IS a master at…..Failing. And not just Failing….but Failing spectacularly. It’s his one true gift and he’s been doing it his whole life. Failing.

Yes indeed. rich white male privilege has afforded him endless opportunities to FAIL his way forward in life over and over and over again. And by “gawd” the guy has always taken full advantage of that rich white male privilege….to be the “bestest” FAILURE a rich white male can be.
