I had heard they were releasing some prisoners to keep from spreading the virus but I did not think about mentally ill people or homeless. And those kids in the immigrant centers too. This is a very eye opening story.

Those most vulnerable who indeed are having to face this unprecedented and catastrophic crisis on their own. A reality that makes this growing tragedy even more tragic.

I tell you the truth…my heart aches for them and I pray for them. But I wish I could do more.

I certainly wish that my country cared more.
