Ever since President Obama announced Elena Kagan as his choice to fill a vacancy on the U.S. Supreme Court, pundits from coast to coast have been buzzing in bewilderment. Sure, there have been the usual questions regarding her thoughts on politics, abortion, Christianity, and if she’s qualified. But some have gone much, much further in their quest to know much, much more.
Last night, one pundit spoke of Kagan’s penchant for cigars, beer and the high stakes game of poker. But when the coded messages were just too unfulfilling, the pundit finally asked the question burning on the tongues of people everywhere: IS KAGAN GAY?
This information may have been helpful to the president in seeking to provide greater diversity on the nation’s highest court. But to the rest of us nosey-nellies, is this information really necessary?
She probably is a Lesbian but so what! Does that mean she can't be a good Supreme Court justice???? Grow up people.
