In short the first commenter pointed out the fact that NOT even White Southerners who opposed Lincoln’s presidential run and supported the Confederacy EVER questioned whether Lincoln had won the election! They never attempted to peddle such a lie. And this was in 1860!!! They were angry about it and wanted to secede.

And there’s this – during the Civil War no confederate flag EVER came within “the shadow” of the US Capitol.

Not. Ever.

Don’t know how many Americans will actually watch it because despite ALL of the evidence that’s already been reported in the news I’m still skeptical that most Americans actually grasp how serious this is!?!

Tremendous damage has been done to this country, Our country, over the past 30 years and it’s led to this reckoning, if you will, of Us as a people and Americans. This hearing will absolutely put to the test – before the entire world – do WE (most of America) STILL believe in democracy? Is America STILL “a nation of laws”?

We. Shall. See.
