Jimmy Carter Is Cancer-Free!
Who says miracles don’t happen? Former President Jimmy Carter proved they still do, when he announced on Sunday that he is cancer-free!

The 91-year-old former President of the United States shocked the world last August when he announced he had inoperable liver cancer that had spread to his brain. With the prognosis grim, Mr. Carter and his loved ones were preparing for the worst.
“My fate is in the hands of God, whom I worship,” Jimmy Carter said at the time.
However, Mr. Carter once again shocked the world on Sunday with a special announcement in front of the Sunday School class he was teaching at Maranatha Baptist Church in Plains, Georgia — his cancer is gone.
“My most recent MRI brain scan did not reveal any signs of the original cancer spots nor any new ones. I will continue to receive regular three-week immunotherapy treatments of pembrolizumab,” Mr. Carter said to loud cheers from the congregation.
According to Jimmy Carter’s doctors at Emory University’s Winship Cancer Institute in Atlanta, his treatment has gone well and there no signs the cancer has spread. The Carter Center also confirmed in a statement that Mr. Carter’s “original problem is responding well to treatment.”
