After months of speculation, Joe Biden For President is finally a real thing. Is the former vice-president the Democrat’s best bet to beat Donald Trump?

In the words of CNN, Joe Biden For President is “the Democratic candidate President Donald Trump has long worried would emerge as his general election rival.” Interestingly, he has every reason to be concerned. Why? Because Joe is the Democrat instantly capable of eating into ‘The Donald’s’ blue collar/coal miner/Bible-Belt base — a base he can’t return to The White House without.
With Joe in the race, Pennsylvania, Ohio, and the other rust belt states are no longer automatic Trump country. In fact, according to recent FiveThirtyEight.com polling, Biden fares better than other Democrats in polls against Trump and is instantly in the lead. Everything is now in play.
“Welcome to the race Sleepy Joe,” Trump tweeted just a few hours after Biden launched his campaign via a video that nailed Trump for his response to the white supremacist violence in Charlottesville, Virginia.
“I only hope you have the intelligence, long in doubt, to wage a successful primary campaign,” Trump continued. “It will be nasty – you will be dealing with people who truly have some very sick & demented ideas. But if you make it, I will see you at the Starting Gate!”
Make no mistake, Trump’s “welcome” message was facetious at best.
Joe Biden For President is already soaking up media attention Trump has thrived on for years and has come to depend on like air. So, not only is Trump worried that Biden might beat him at the ballot box, but in the court of public opinion as well.
This couldn’t have been more evident than last week when ‘The Donald’ summoned Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey to the Oval Office because he was angry about losing Twitter followers.
Trump complained that Twitter, Facebook, and Google, are “sooo on the side of the Radical Left Democrats.” That’s when the social media chief was forced to explain that Twitter had not “quietly and deliberately” removed some of his followers (as Trump claimed), but had merely scrubbed the site of fraudulent and spam accounts — many of which had latched on as “fake followers” of Trump.

Trump has also found himself engaged in multiple feuds with several hosts at Fox News of late. Apparently, he feels they are not featuring and coddling him as much as he had become accustomed to.
With the arrival of Joe Biden in the political discussion, could it be that Donald “attention-whore” Trump is witnessing his 24-hour news coverage, media stranglehold, and middle/lower-class popularity slip before his very eyes? You better believe it!
“I still think of all the 20 candidates currently in the race, the former vice president speaks directly to those 90,000 swing voters in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Michigan that made Donald Trump president,” said David Urban, a senior adviser to the Trump campaign in Pennsylvania.
The fact that a member of Trump’s own camp is already expressing public anxiety over Joe Biden For President, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to recognize that concern goes all the way to the top.
“I don’t see Joe Biden as a threat. No, I don’t see him as a threat. I think he is only a threat to himself,” Trump said late last week in a “pot calling the kettle black” moment.
Are these the words of a man who’s truly confident in his chances of a 2nd term, or is this merely a mask hiding a real fear of Joe Biden For President as a legitimate threat? Is Joe Biden worthy of being the instant frontrunner and will his popularity last? Could Biden be the Democratic savior and heaven-sent Trump stopper?

I was on Facebook this morning and people are already talking about they don’t like how Joe treated Anita Hill or how he makes mistakes talking sometimes or whatever. Do these people realize the fool that is in the White House right now?? I could not care less about some of these things. The only thing I care about is what Dem can beat Trump and get him out of there. Why people are trying to hold Joe to some standards they ignore with Trump I don’t know. Right now Joe Biden is Trump’s biggest nightmare. I want the person who can win and I think it is Joe.
