This so-called "man-of-the-people" has always seemed like a rather slimy fella, to me. When he ran for President, I kept thinking to myself_if Edwards wins the nomation the Dems WILL regret it. I would've been forced to set out the general election because there was no way I was voting for Edwards.Regarding his health: The *timing* (if not the diagnosis itself) of this supposed "life-threatening" illness is suspect to say the least. We do know that Edwards will LIE his rear-end off to get what he wants OR DOESN'T want. Suffice to say, the last thing he wants to deal with is a trial.
