President Obama is furious regarding a military photo shoot over New York City Monday that was idiotic and just plain dumb!

Air Force One flew low over Manhattan on Monday, for a planned photo shoot meant to capture images of the airborne presidential 747 with images of New York in the background. The FAA was fully aware of the fly-over. The NYPD was also aware of the fly-over. But Mayor Bloomberg and the citizens of New York were NOT aware of the fly-over, which caused widespread panic in lower Manhattan as many assumed it was 9/11 all over again. Residents and employees in high rise buildings raced to evacuate several Manhattan Skyscrapers, fearing the worse – that the city was once again under attack. Except it wasn’t. `
Louis Caldera, Director of the White House Military Office who sent Air Force One and the accompanying fighter jet on an “aerial photo mission,” got slammed by an angry President Obama. “I approved a mission over New York,” Caldera said in a hastily prepared statement. “I apologize and take responsibility for any distress that flight caused.” Mayor Bloomberg said he first found out that his city was being buzzed by planes when his Blackberry began buzzing with complaints. “I’m annoyed – furious is a better word – that I wasn’t told,” the Mayor said. “If I had known about it, I would have called them right away and asked them not to.”

'Just Plane Dumb'. LOL that was a great title DJ cuz this was beyond stupid. Caldera should be dusting off his resume. I have a feeling he's gonna be needing a new job soon.
