US Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito may want Americans to believe he’s fair and impartial — but now, he’s been caught on tape proving it’s all just a charade.

Recently, Justice Samuel Alito was seen flying an upside-down American flag (widely recognized as a Trump/MAGA symbol that supports the belief the 2020 election was rigged) outside of his Virginia home. Soon thereafter, neighbors snapped photos of an “Appeal To Heaven” flag (synonymous with Trump’s “Stop The Steal” movement) flying at the Alito property on Long Beach Island. Both times, Alito denied any wrongdoing, insisted both were accidental incidents and urged Americans to believe he was fair.
Well, that was then and this is now.
In a breaking news story on Monday night that has completely captured the attention of the country, Alito was caught on audio tape proudly displaying a partisan position that calls into question his ability to remain on the nation’s highest court.
According to The New York Times, Justice Samuel Alito attended an exclusive Supreme Court event last week and spoke openly with Lauren Windsor, who pretended to be an anti-abortion/conservative Catholic. During their conversation, Alito candidly discussed his draft majority opinion in the 2022 case that ended the federal constitutional right to abortion. He also said he believes America is a Christian nation that needs to return to a place of godliness — i.e. no separation of church and state.
“One side or the other is going to win,” Alito said of the pro-choice vs pro-life activists. “There can be a way of working, a way of living together peacefully, but it’s difficult, you know, because there are differences on fundamental things that really can’t be compromised.”
Ms. Windsor pressed the issue further.
“I think that the solution really is like winning the moral argument,” she told him on the recording, which has since made the rounds on social media and broken the internet. “Like, people in this country who believe in God have got to keep fighting for that, to return our country to a place of godliness, she continued.”
“I agree with you, I agree with you,” Alito responded.
However, what Justice Samuel Alito didn’t realize was that he was being set up and his words were being recorded by a woman who was only pretending to be of his ilk and mindset.
Oh, but the fun didn’t stop there.
During a lengthy exchange between Windsor and the justice’s wife, Martha-Ann Alito said she was unfazed by the recent controversy over flags displayed at the couple’s homes in suburban Virginia and on the New Jersey shore. She was also completely unrepentant regarding the message the flags sent and has since described her critics as “feminazis” and threatened libel lawsuits against the press.
“There’s a five-year defamation statute of limitations,” Mrs. Alito said. “Don’t get angry. Get even.”
Mrs. Alito also discussed feeling disgusted when she saw an LGBTQ pride flag flying near their home.
“I want a Sacred Heart of Jesus flag because I have to look across the lagoon at the pride flag for the next month,” she said. She then added that she told her husband “When you are free of this nonsense [controversy over his MAGA affiliations], I’m putting it up.”
The event was an annual black-tie event for the Supreme Court Historical Society, a charity aimed at preserving the court’s history and educating the public about the role of the court. Because the gala was only open to members who paid $500 to join the society (and was closed to journalists), Mr. and Mrs. Alito were each convinced they were having authentic conversations and had no idea they were being recorded for exposure.
Lauren Windsor is a self-described documentary filmmaker and “advocacy journalist” who’s known for approaching conservatives, including former Vice President Mike Pence, GOP Rep. Jim Jordan of Ohio, and Gov. Glenn Youngkin of Virginia.
During a Monday interview, Ms. Windsor said she knew she needed to expose the candid thoughts of Justice Alito and decided that a clandestine discussion would be the only way.
“We have a court that has refused to submit to any accountability whatsoever — they are shrouded in secrecy. I don’t know how, other than going undercover, I would have been able to get answers to these questions.”

Now that Ms. Windor’s identity and intentions have been revealed, Justice Samuel Alito, his wife, and the Supreme Court Historical Society are seething mad.
“We condemn the surreptitious recording of justices at the event, which is inconsistent with the entire spirit of the evening,” the charity said in a statement.
For their part, Mr. and Mrs. Alito have refused to comment.
After flying flags showing support of Donald Trump’s “Stop The Steal” movement and the theory that the 2020 election was rigged — and now, admitting on tape that he prefers America to be a Christian nation that doesn’t subscribe to the separation of church and state, is it time for Justice Samuel Alito to go?
