Kamala Harris-Fox Interview Is A Winner!

The Kamala Harris-Fox interview is now in the record books. So, how did she do?

Top News Today :
On Wednesday, Vice President Kamala Harris voluntarily threw herself into the lion’s den during a contentious 30-minute interview with Fox News anchor Bret Baier. The Harris camp concluded that many undecided Republican voters didn’t know much about Ms. Harris and relied on whatever Donald Trump and Fox News told them. So, it was important for her to appear on the conservative news channel, speak for herself, and allow viewers to see that she is not the dumb, unintelligent, radical left-wing psycho Trump has repeatedly claimed she is. And boy, did she set the record straight!

Kamala Harris-Fox Interview

The evening of the Kamala Harris-Fox interview began with a Pennsylvania rally, where multiple prominent Republicans stood alongside the vice president to lend their support and tell voters that Donald Trump should never see the inside of the Oval Office again.

Following the rally, Ms. Harris sat down with Bret Baier whose very first question concerned immigration and the US-Mexico border. He asked her to estimate how many illegal immigrants she and President Biden have allowed into the US since taking office. Undeterred, she immediately lit into Baier and Trump like a firecracker.

Ms. Harris explained that only hours after taking the oath of office in 2021, she and Mr. Biden went to work on the border problem as their first order of business. She also discussed the bipartisan border bill Congress negotiated and agreed upon — the one Donald Trump ordered his Republican cronies to kill so he’d have a political issue to run on instead of a solution.

“I’m the only person who’s running for president who has prosecuted transnational criminal organizations from the Sinaloa Cartel to the Guadalajara cartel to people who have trafficked in guns, drugs, and human beings. I have spent a significant part of my career going after people who present a threat to the safety of the American people and cross our border with the intent of doing us harm and cross our border illegally.”

During another exchange, Baier asked the vice president if she supports using tax dollars for gender-affirming care for federal prisoners and detained immigrants (which is promoted in a new Trump ad being aired during football games that’s designed to ramp up homophobia and transphobia among men).

“I will follow the law — and it’s a law that Donald Trump actually followed,” Ms. Harris said. “You’re probably familiar with it now. It’s a public report that under Donald Trump’s administration, these surgeries were available on a medical necessity basis to people in the federal prison system.”

Or, in other words, her position on the issue is the same as Trump’s and his ads against her are hypocritical.

Next, Baier asked the vice president if she was still unable to come up with anything she intended to do differently than President Biden if elected.

“My presidency will not be a continuation of Joe Biden’s presidency,” she said emphatically.

”Like every new president that comes into office, I will bring my life experiences, my professional experiences, and fresh and new ideas. I represent a new generation of leadership,” she continued.

When Baier attempted to use Mr. Biden’s failing mental acuity against her, Ms. Harris would have none of it.

“Bret. Joe Biden is not on the ballot. Donald Trump is,” an agitated Kamala Harris said as the host attempted to talk over her.  In fact, Baier spent most of the Kamala Harris-Fox interview interrupting her with rapid-fire questions that seemed designed to trip her up. However, she remained cool, calm, collected, and presidential throughout the evening.

If social media is any indication of how she did during the Kamala Harris Fox interview, the vice president seemingly hit a home run!

For his part, Donald Trump is seething mad at Fox News for granting Ms. Harris a platform to tell the truth to voters instead of the ‘alternative facts’ he’d rather viewers continue to hear from him.

“Fox is becoming so weak and soft on the Democrats, constantly polluting the airwaves with unopposed Kamala Representatives, that it all doesn’t matter anymore,” Trump barked in disapproval.

Donald Trump decided he would not debate Kamala Harris again. After all, who would blame him following the butt-whipping he received that night? However, Ms. Harris has since proved that she didn’t need Trump present to debate him. All she needed was a Trump surrogate — and Bret Baier filled the void just nicely.

On Wednesday, Kamala Harris showed the world she is a boss. On November 5th, may she show the world she is ready to become Madam President.

New York Times: Vice President Kamala Harris may not get another debate with former President Donald J. Trump, but on Wednesday, she got one with Bret Baier. In an interview that turned contentious almost the instant it began, Mr. Baier, Fox News’s chief political anchor, repeatedly pressed the Democratic presidential nominee on illegal immigration, taxpayer support for gender-transition surgery and other areas that closely aligned with Mr. Trump’s regular attacks against her. At one point, Mr. Baier wondered if the vice president considered Mr. Trump’s supporters “stupid.” (“I would never say that about the American people,” she replied.) At another point, he asked if she would apologize to the mother of a murdered 12-year-old Texas girl whose death is frequently invoked by Mr. Trump because two recent Venezuelan migrants were charged with the crime. Mr. Baier’s aggressive demeanor was consistent with the kind of tough coverage of Ms. Harris that… Read more »

I watched the whole interview. She really did the thing last night.

Thanks for your opinion Wil!

I didn’t watch it but I saw post interview reactions and Surprisingly to me even Dana Perino at FAUX Noise admitted that Kamala did a good enough job of holding her own and going after Trump! 😳

Geraldo Rivera felt she should’ve been a little more prepared for the interview. But he’s already made it clear that he’s NOT voting for Trump. He’s voting for Kamala.

There’s always room for improvement but based on what I’ve heard so far, the consensus seems to be that she did fine. Her performance wasn’t “great.” But it certainly wasn’t bad either.

In other word She avoided having a disastrous interview. She showed everyone She’s NOT afraid of the “Lion’s den,” FAUX Noise. She can hold her own at FAUX Noise and She’s more than capable of articulating the case Against Trump.

I have to admit I was real nervous about this interview. It was risky to do it this close to the election. But she hit it out the park. Everybody is saying she went in like she was debating Trump not Baier.

Truthiz1

Lol..yep, you can breathe a little easier now BD.

I had the time of the interview confused and did not get to see it live. But I got to watch it on YouTube so I got to rewind it. When she said her presidency will not be a continuation of Biden I almost jumped out my chair. She got a few commercials out of this she can use.
