Kim Davis Becomes A Republican
Ding, Dong, the witch is dead. Embattled Kentucky clerk Kim Davis has ditched the Democratic Party to join the Republicans.

Democrats everywhere are surely kicking themselves today over how they let the infamous anti-gay discriminator Kim Davis get away. Or, perhaps more likely, Democrats everywhere are popping champagne bottles while wondering how this crazy so-called “Christian” was ever a Democrat at all. Nevertheless, her days in the donkey party are dead.
Angry that the Democratic Party sided with the law and did not back her selective distribution of marriage licenses, a defiant Kim Davis stood on a stage in a Washington, D.C., hotel late last week, spread her arms triumphantly, then proclaimed “I am only one, but we are many,” while thanking God for the courage to continue her crusade against gay marriage.  Then, she made it known that earlier in the day, after being a lifelong Democrat, she had switched to the Republican Party because she was abandoned by Democrats.
“I’ve always been a Democrat, but the party left me,” Davis exclaimed.
If Kim Davis had broken any other law (robbery, possession of drugs, treason), would she have expected Democrats to support her criminal actions just because “she” believed it was right?  Or were Democrats correct to hold her accountable when she broke the law in picking and choosing who she would issue marriage licenses to?  If the choice for her to stay or go was truly based on right versus wrong, then good riddance.
Conservatives didn’t waste time in welcoming their new poster child into the fold.  Last Friday, Davis was honored with an award from conservative lobbying group Family Research Council, for refusing to accept the Supreme Court’s decision in June that effectively legalized gay marriage across the nation.
Tony Perkins, president of the Family Research Council, invited Kim and husband Joe Davis onto the stage, presenting her with flowers and a poster-sized framed certificate that called her a “model of personal courage.”  As Davis choked back tears, she thanked the crowd and thanked the Lord.
“Without him, none of this would have been possible,” she said, “for he is my strength that carried me.”
Davis left the stage to a rousing standing ovation and, bizarrely, circus music.  Somehow, the musical selection was a perfect choice for the clownish spectacle.

Following her party switch, Davis’ lawyer, Mat Staver, who is founder of the Liberty Counsel law firm that opposes gay rights, reiterated that Davis will not resign and will not betray her conscience. He also said Kim Davis has received thousands of letters from every state and across the globe.  He even claimed that people have stopped her in airports as she’s traveled to make the rounds on television news programs.  Strangers have hugged her, flashed her thumbs’ up and stopped her to take selfies, Staver claimed.
He also dismissed widespread accusations that Davis is a hypocrite for taking a stand on traditional marriage. He acknowledged that although she has been divorced 3Â times and married 4, including twice to her current husband, she was saved 4Â years ago.
Regrettably, Staver was forced to admit this week that a photo he circulated on social media, depicting 100,000 people in Peru supposedly holding a prayer vigil in support of Kim Davis, was a hoax.
Oh, how did the Democratic Party ever let a gem like Kim Davis slip away?
So the pic circulated by Davis's so-called "lawyer" of a Peruvian prayer vigil supposedly in support of Davis was in fact just a hoax?
HAH. Why am I NOT suprised!?!…smh. And now she's left the Dems to become a Repub?
Well, please allow me to be among the first to say……
…THANK YOU JESUS!!!
