So this whole thing is nothing but a farce. They spent all this time tracking him down and like Truth said all he is going to do is plead the fifth. He cannot tell the truth because it would ruin everything for Trump and he cannot lie because he is under oath. It is going to be nothing but a circus.

And pray tell, how is it that Clarence Thomas still ISN’T sidelined by the High Court at this point?!

Given all that WE now know about his wife – as long as that Clown is allowed to actively participate in ANY hearings related to the Jan. 6 insurrection, in particular, to try to overthrow our government and undo the 2020 presidential election – the U.S. Supreme Court has NO credibility in my eyes.

It’s little more than a joke. A disgraceful joke. But a joke nonetheless.

Yep. Which is why I’ll be really surprised if Lindsey does more than “Plead the Fifth” for darn near every question put to him.

In other words, “Tell the truth” is the last thing he intends to do.

The Supreme Court declined on Tuesday to block a subpoena for Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham to testify in front of an Atlanta special grand jury investigating efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia. There were no public dissents from the order. The South Carolina senator had filed an emergency request asking the justices to halt the testimony – currently scheduled for November 17 – while legal challenges play out. Graham will now have to appear for testimony, although he will have room to object to certain questions as they come up, meaning the scope of his testimony or responses could be limited.
