As proof of the old adage “You reap what you sow,” the Republican Party has a Marjorie Taylor Greene problem.

On Tuesday, Greene won her primary contest in the heavily-Republican Northwest Georgia 14th district and will face a Democratic contender in November for a US House of Representatives seat. However, Greene is a kook!
She believes in the QAnon conspiracy theory detailing a supposed secret plot by an alleged “deep state” against Donald Trump. She also believes the world is controlled by elite members of a secretive satanic child sex-trafficking ring. She called the election of two Muslim women to Congress “an Islamic invasion into our government” and has previously referred to African-Americans “slaves.”
A spokesman for House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy called her views “appalling.” However, Donald Trump is calling her “a star.”
