All 5 have now been charged with 2nd Degree Murder, Aggravated Assault and Kidnapping.”

In reply to Truthiz1. Hey Truth the law says a cop cannot shoot to stop somebody from running. And if they catch them they can use reasonable force to arrest them. But if the person is complying they cannot keep beating on them and are supposed to stop all force. These cops did not do that and kept on going. Maybe they were mad or something but they took a whole lot of frustrations out on this man.
