Messiah Trump Or The Antichrist?

- Is 'The Donald' a mere wannabe dictator, of the true biblical Antichrist?

Spread The Love

Many of his followers think of him as beyond a mere politician and transcendent of the presidency.  Many call him a modern-day “savior” and refer to him as ‘Messiah Trump’ who was sent by God to save Christianity.  In light of such current-day references, is Donald Trump the true Messiah or worse, the Antichrist?

Christianity and Politics
Now, before we dismiss this discussion as crazy-talk and an impossibility, let’s use America’s depiction as a Christian nation to compare the contents of the bible with modern-day events.  For example, within Christian prophecy, the bible speaks of a mysterious “man of sin” who is a liar and deceiver whose natural abilities Satan will enhance supernaturally in order to confuse people during the end of time.  Sound familiar?

In 2 Thessalonians 2, Paul says this man will fool millions into believing he is a “savior” (Make America Great Again) and the new “Messiah,” when in fact, he is nothing but a “false prophet.”  (Revelation 13:1-18; Revelation 16:13; Revelation 19:20).

Could biblical prophecy be referring to Donald ‘Messiah’ Trump?  Is it possible Trump is the false prophet/Antichrist the bible warns of on multiple occasions??

Messiah Trump

Let’s consider the facts.

He has a “Jim Jones-like” cult following.  His followers think of him as omnipotent. The masses flock to him no matter what he says or does.  All former rules regarding Christianity, decorum, and common courtesy are totally suspended when it comes to him.  His sexual assaults and degradation of women are of no consequence and are held to no standard.  Plus, some have even seriously suggested adding a “Book of Trump” to the Bible.

All this for a man who never goes to church, can’t quote a lick of the bible and lives a life so far outside of Christianity (via his multiple divorces and lustful affairs) that it’s unfathomable how any true Christian can follow and believe in him as one of their own.

If that wasn’t enough, now comes word that win or lose, Donald Trump may refuse to leave The White House if he loses in 2020.

In the words of the iconic song from the hit musical DREAMGIRLS: “And I Am Telling You, I’m Not Going.” it appears Donald ‘Messiah’ Trump may be preparing to act out that song before the American people and continue an indefinite term.  The worst part is that otherwise patriotic Americans who also call themselves devout Christians find no fault in his plans.

Coincidence??

Messiah Trump

According to Psychology Today, many Trump followers see him as infallible and as “something of a messiah, sent by God to protect a Christian nation” (an Antichrist).  With that in mind, ‘Messiah’ Trump has begun hinting that his supporters might demand he serves more than 2 terms or possibly remains president for life!’

Are these the thoughts of a mad dictator who is out of touch with reality, or the acts of an Antichrist who has turned otherwise sensible people into cult-like followers who now actually believe Trump is biblical and a true Messiah sent from God (their words, not ours)??

Let’s look a bit further.

In March of 2018, Donald Trump suggested canceling the 22nd Amendment and establishing a presidency-for-life — saying it’s worked out well for China’s Xi Jinping.

On April 18th, the day the redacted Mueller report was made public, Trump told a crowd at The White House that he might remain in the building for over a decade.

Soon after, Trump retweeted Jerry Falwell Jr.’s claim that he “should have 2 yrs added to his 1st term as payback for time stolen by this corrupt failed coup.”

In May of this year, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said she was worried that if the Democratic candidate for president did not win by a large margin in 2020, Trump would contest election results and refuse to relinquish the presidency.

“We have to inoculate against that, we have to be prepared for that,” she told the New York Times. “Democrats may have to put more resources into that prep work if Trump continues these calls. Perhaps it might be best to channel the president’s own (unfounded) claims from April about vote-counting: ‘You gotta be a little bit more paranoid than you are.’”

Messiah Trump

.
For all the claims that he is above the law, can bend the US Constitution however it bests suits his interests and may ignore the 22nd Amendment and remain America’s ruler forever,  Messiah Trump is certainly acting like the Antichrist the Christian bible warned us all to look out for during the end of days.

Granted, it’s easy to degrade Trump as just a crotchety old man with a Napoleon/dictator complex and dismiss any theory that the Antichrist is real and that Trump may very well be it.  However, it’s also difficult to dismiss that the very traits the bible warned the Antichrist will possess are the very traits Trump is currently presenting.

Of course, not everyone is Christian and not everyone believes in the bible or the Antichrist.  However, when has America ever seen a leader become so powerful and lead its citizens into a cult-like following where their lifelong laws, standards, and morals no longer matter?

Is Donald Trump the Antichrist?  Did he make a deal with the devil to be the purveyor of evil across all of mankind?  And if he isn’t the biblical false prophet, then what would it take for someone to rise to the level of being the actual Antichrist and how would we ever know it?

This is a real interesting article. My first thought was to say Trump is not the antichrist. Then i had to go back and redo my comment because how do we know he isn’t? The bible does say the beast will fool everybody and he will not be recognized right away. I guess when you think about it that way Trump could be antichrist. But he probably is just a dumb racist who is letting power go to his head.

I forgot to say people talking about adding a Trump book to the bible are crazy. The bible is done. You don’t get to add on to it like that. These weirdos are crazy.

Bingo! The key word being “True” Christian.

So I’ll start with this – as per My faith, NO “True” Christian could or would claim Trump as “one of their own.” Nope. Not in any way, shape or form.

I don’t think Trump’s the Anti-Christ. The overwhelming majority of Trump voters aren’t fooled by him. They know EXACTLY WHO and WHAT he is because he is a reflection of THEM. Filled with Hate, Fear, Jealousy, Envy and Strife. People who are Corrupt and dishonest to the core. Just mucked-up and a nasty piece of work.

Trump voters NEED to believe he is the “savior” of White America and White dominance over ALL “Others” because that’s all they’ve got cling to. The demographic reality just ahead is more than Trump or his voters can bare. And of course, the little wannabe dictator is happy to keep selling them his *bridge to nowhere* to get their votes and keep himself out of jail.

Tye

If somebody wants to add Trump to the bible, that says more about them as a Christian than him as the Anti-Christ.
