A 12-year-old boy is running Donald Trump’s presidential campaign office in one of Colorado’s most vital counties, according to a new report.

Weston Imer runs operations for the GOP presidential nominee’s camp in Jefferson County, KDVR News said Sunday.

KDVR News said Jefferson County is one of the most populous counties in Colorado as it includes part of the Denver metro area. Imer is responsible for gathering volunteers and helping get out the vote for Trump in the critical swing state, the news station added.

“Get involved,” Imer said Sunday when asked what he hopes to accomplish in his role. “That’s what I’m going to say. Get involved. Kids need to be educated.”

Laurel Imer, Weston Imer’s mother, said Sunday she remains Trump’s official field coordinator for Jefferson County on paper. {She} hopes her son’s example inspires other parents to let their own children have similar duties, however.

“You have a responsibility to your children to teach them,” she said, noting the bipartisan need for such teaching.

KDVR News said Weston Imer starts school next month, so he hopes to perform his job with Trump’s campaign until at least that time. [….] Mark Hensch, writer at The Hill

I had heard about Moore's letter but hadn't read it until now. He does provides some interesting details (if true?).

Frankly, I'm no fan of Michael Moore. But his letter affirms what We (here at OK WASSUP!) already figured out quite some time ago. "Trump candidacy is a sham."

With Trump, there really is NO there..there – meaning, Nothing of actual substance or a redeeming quality.

Just a dangerous and ignorant con-man; a low-life fraud and uncouth, know-nothing running *game* on bitter and gullible folks who (1) don't mind being played by him and (2) seizes on every opportunity to scapegoat "Others" for their own miserable failures in life.

The fact that I have to spend even a second worrying about such a person being one election away from the White House makes me ill.

(Side-note)……

I would also add that American news journalism…especially cable news journalism…is mostly a sham too.

For at least a year American news media gave that vile creature at least 2 billion dollars worth of FREE media, 24/7.

They (their owners) cared nothing about the real damage such FREE and ENDLESS exposure could cause this country. They cared only about ratings and money. But now that they're scared sh*tless that such a dangerous person could actually win the Presidency most of them have turned on him with a vengeance. AFTER the damage has been done.

IMO, most of them are even more despicable than he is.
