MONEY TALKS
It seems a lot of money has been flying around recently, in light of Tiger Woods’ admission of “transgressions” and “letting down his family.”
First, a planned tell-all interview by alleged mistress #1 Rachel Uchitel was canceled at the 11th hour, presumably after a half hour long conversation with Tiger himself — and a seven figure payout thrown her way — caused Uchitel a sudden case of “silence-a-phobia.”
Now, word comes from TMZ that Tiger has approached his wifey with a financial package for her to stay with him and keep quiet too. The package reportedly is an immediate $5 million payment for her not to leave him, as well as a re-working of their original pre-nup agreement, which would now pay her $55 million if she stays with him for an additional 2 years. Most celebrity men aren’t in the hole for this type of money until they’ve actually divorced. But Tiger is already deeply in just to convince Elin to stick around and stand by his side.
No word yet on if Mrs. Woods has accepted the deal, although she’d be a fool not to. And in case you haven’t heard the latest joke going around the water cooler, here it is:
AS OF THIS WEEK, HE IS NOW A “CHEETAH!”
