MURDOCH EATS HUMBLE ‘PIE’

Spread The Love

Have you ever seen a clown get hit in the face with a cream pie? Well that’s exactly what happened to that “clown” Rupert Murdoch during a circus atmosphere of investigative hearings yesterday in London.

Murdoch, who heads up News Corp., the parent company of Faux FOX NEWS and other business entities, was called into a British parliamentary inquiry, to investigate charges that his now defunct “News of the World” tabloid hacked into the phone of a murdered schoolgirl in order to gain a story.

For 2 hours, Murdoch danced around accepting any responsibility for the hacking, saying the scandal was not his fault and denying his company was at all guilty of putting the need for a story ahead of ethics. In fact, he boldly laid all blame on “the people I trusted but they blame maybe the people that they trusted.” Murdoch even called the inquiry “the most humble day of my career.” But that’s when the real fun began.

Apparently having heard enough, a man in the crowd ran toward Murdoch and pelted him right in the face with an old-fashioned cream pie. The 80-year-old Murdoch was completely stunned, but his young wife, Wendi Deng, took matters into her own hands and beat the man into submission until the police could apprehend him.

The “cream pie” attacker was identified as Jonnie Marbles, a British comedian who Tweeted just before the attack that: “It is a far better thing that I do now than I have ever done before (at)splat,” which is a slightly altered quotation from the last sentence of Charles Dickens’ “A Tale of Two Cities.”

First let me say: Jokers like Johnnie Marbles really need to go somewhere and *SIDDOWN.*The last thing that the Rupert Murdocks of this world deserves is sympathy. When a pie (or anything else for that matter) is thrown in the face of an 80 yr OLD man…that 80 y/o man becomes a "victim" of an attack. Rupert Murdock is many things. But a "victim" HE. AIN'T. I watched the BBC online webcast of the hearings yesterday and, regarding the Murdocks (father and son) and Rebecca Brooks (Rupert's protegee), I have never heard so much "I didn't know nutttin bout nuttin" in my life! IF (and I emphasize IF) one were to believe those 3 people, you'd have to conclude that, based on their job performance (all kinds of illegal and unethical crap was going on around them and yet NONE of them saw OR heard OR knew a thing) the least they deserve is to be FIRED from their jobs and NEVER… Read more »

I hear you Truth. But what about that mobster Whitey Bolger. Isn't he about 80 too? I heard a lot of people say they wanna kill him themselves. Anyway Murdock lost respect when he tried to deny everything. He should have just told the truth instead of look like a lyeing fool.

Don't get me wrong BD. I have ZERO respect for Murdock. Quite frankly I think that ruthless old man has actually done greater damage to OUR American culture over the last 25-30 yrs via his massive MEDIA empire that thrives mostly on trash and "invasive" journalism, sensationalism and propaganda. My problam with what Marbles did was that his act could've momentarily turned Murdock into a "victim." Through what? THE MEDIA. Check out how the AMERICAN MEDIA immediately started HYPING Murdock's wife (Wendi) for "saving" her husband as "ATTACKER disrupts Murdock testimony." H*ll. All she did was deflect a PIE and take a little swing at Marbles and in an instant the MEDIA was about to start hyping a whole other narrative!Bottom line: Murdock AIN'T no "victim." He deserves NO sympathy.
