Pres. Obama is a great man. He was a good (not great) leader.

Unfortunately Obama was woefully naive when it came to recognizing exactly what he was up against throughout the entirety of his 8 yrs presidency. He didn’t fully grasp the significant role “Race”…”Racism” and ‘Racial politics” still plays in today’s America. And he had no will to fight the good fight.

Frankly, I believe his own heritage prevented him from SEEING things as they truly are in America. Being of mixed race, white-America and African (not Black)…and having accomplished all that he’d accomplished….he simply could’t believe that Trump, McConnell, and millions of white-Americans hate him so much. That in their eyes he’s just another “n*gger.” He couldn’t believe it.

He believed that, in the end, McConnell and the Repubs loved this country so much they would eventually come around and do the right thing. He was wrong.

McConnell held Obama hostage when he effectively held up Merrick Garland from the Supreme Court. McConnell played the long game and with the election of Trump, McConnell got his pick, Neil Gorsuch. With justices, Kennedy and Roberts taking turns breaking tie votes – and siding mostly with the right – this ruling along with other recent rulings leave no doubt…the U.S. Supreme Court is now clearly a “Right” leaning court.

There’s also THIS truth about the travel ban that was upheld yesterday-it’s a “watered down” version of the original ban Trump so desperately wanted….and Trump knows it. He beefed about it a year ago:
