New Evidence From J6 Damages Donald Trump

New evidence surrounding the events of Jan. 6, 2021, and the Capitol Hill insurrection could sink Donald Trump for good.

On Wednesday, Special Counsel Jack Smith revealed new evidence against Donald Trump regarding his role in the uprising that led to his MAGA sycophants attacking and desecrating the US Capitol. Ironically, the evidence was initially intended to be released last January. However, Donald Trump and his traditional stall tactics in legal cases caused the damning new evidence to be made public only weeks before the 2024 presidential election.

In his latest release, Jack Smith revealed proof that Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution on federal charges of plotting to overturn the 2020 election.

“The defendant asserts that he is immune from prosecution for his criminal scheme to overturn the 2020 presidential election because, he claims, it entailed official conduct,” prosecutors wrote in the brief. “Not so. Although the defendant was the incumbent president during the charged conspiracies, his scheme was fundamentally a private one.”

According to The New York Times, Donald Trump was a willing menace on Jan. 6th. For example, when told by an aide that Vice President Mike Pence was in danger during the riots, Trump replied, “So what?”

When one of his lawyers warned him that his false claims that the election had been marred by widespread fraud would not hold up in court, Trump responded, “The details don’t matter.”

On a flight carrying Trump and his family after the election, an Oval Office assistant heard Trump say: “It doesn’t matter if you won or lost the election. You still have to fight like hell.”

Additionally, it was revealed that during strategy meetings inside the Oval Office when Trump attempted to overturn the 2020 election results, the official White House counsel was asked to leave the room and replaced by Trump’s own personal attorneys. Campaign staffers also substituted White House staffers, a move that underlined Smith’s claims that Trump attempted to overturn the election as a candidate and not as president.

Legal analysts are calling this new evidence extremely potent and much more likely to assure a jury conviction against Donald Trump. Further, such information this late in the election season could turn independent and undecided voters against Trump at the ballot box.

Following the release of this damning new evidence, Donald Trump took to his Truth Social network with an old and expected plea: “I didn’t do it.”

“The release of this falsehood-ridden, Unconstitutional, J6 brief immediately following Tim Walz’s disastrous Debate performance, and 33 days before the Most Important Election in the History of our Country, is another obvious attempt by the Harris-Biden regime to undermine and Weaponize American Democracy, and INTERFERE IN THE 2024 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION,” Trump posted.

“Deranged Jack Smith, the hand-picked Prosecutor of the Harris-Biden DOJ, and Washington, D.C. based Radical Left Democrats, are HELL BENT on continuing to Weaponize the Justice Department in an attempt to cling to power. ‘TRUMP’ is dominating the Election cycle, leading in the Polls, and the Radical Democrats throughout the Deep State are totally ‘freaking out.’ This entire case is a Partisan, Unconstitutional, Witch Hunt, that should be dismissed, entirely, just like the Florida case was dismissed!”

The 165-page brief, which Judge Tanya S. Chutkan of the Federal District Court in Washington made public, depicted Trump as a desperate losing candidate and not as a US president who would be considered immune from prosecution under a landmark Supreme Court ruling earlier this summer.
