Yep. But here’s the thing BD……

If so many white Trump voters (working-class non-educated whites in particular) weren’t filled with so much fear and hatred of “Others” they would admit to themselves that Trump DOESN’T even give a fig about them.

Trump had said “trade wars are easy to win.” White farmers vote overwhelmingly Repub (and especially for Trump). Corporate farmers (the rich) are doing fine, However, Mom and Pop family farmers are literally crying for HELP!

The same can be said of coal-miners. They voted overwhelming for Trump and the owners are doing just fine. The workers? Not so much. Some miners are having to literally beg for weeks of back-pay they’ve earned and NOT been paid for ..while other miners travel to Capitol Hill to literally beg for the pension they’ve got coming to them.

Truth you took the words right out of my mouth. They were willing to let a unqualified nobody run the whole country just to protect white and Repub power. He could not be more stupid. But they do not care. Long as he is looking out for the whites.

When a country elects a person like Trump to the highest office in the land that’s a clear sign that Our country is NOT well. We’ve got some serious national problems on our hands. Trump didn’t cause those problems but we all know he exploits them in every way imaginable (and unimaginably)…and on a daily basis.

So I ponder the question – what are WE going to do to effectively address those incredibly serious problems to ensure that the chance of such an aberration ever happening again is practically None?

Yep. Except for the fact, that Mike Pence would then be elevated to President, which would be just as troubling (if not more troubling) for Us, as a nation and a people.

The arsonist-and chief currently occupying the WH uses a bullhorn to announce when he’s about to pour gasoline all over the place and set fire to everything. The people in his inner circle then rush to take the matches away from him in hopes of minimizing the damage.

Pence is smart enough to keep his mouth shut until the damage he would inflict upon Us (and the world) is done. Pence could be even more dangerous than Trump.
