Apparently the satirical newspaper "Charlie Hebdo" is at it again with their newest magazine cover revealed yesterday (Monday).

"The cover shows the Prophet Muhammad holding a "Je Suis Charlie" sign with the caption, "All is forgiven."

Yes. And throwing in the "All Is forgiven" caption was just a cynical move, IMO, to give cover to their continued blatant mocking of the most revered Prophet of Islam.

Not surprisingly, the new cover has prompted an angry response from radical Muslims but also from many NON-radical Muslims as well who are sick of Charlie Hebdo and similar ilk offending their faith.

BTW- The more I think about it the more I'm convinced that the President's decision to NOT join in that so-called "Unity March" in Paris was the correct call.

He, in no way, supports violence and neither do I.

But the truth is, he's got enough on his plate just dealing with the endless BS of American racists and bigots in THIS country.

He wants no part of standing "in solidarity" with racists and bigots of Europe.

Especially when he says "bad perception is what's making this look like a big problem"…..

But the key words for me are "LOOKS" like…..as in *APPEARS* to be a big problem..which I actually don't think (all things considered) will be a problem at all.

Now.of course the usual critics of the President have jumped on this, huffing and puffing "full of sound and fury, signifying nothing." And they'll keep it up until they wear themselves out.

And then…given the extremely SHORT attention span of the majority of Americans (depending on the blunder)….I suspect that sooner rather than later "this too shall pass."

And the President will be fine and simply press on.
