OBAMA SPARS WITH REPORTER
The White House press corps learned a very valuable lesson Friday afternoon — don’t get into a verbal altercation with the President of the United States.
During a Rose Garden appearance to announce his new position on undocumented immigrants, President Obama had a heated moment with a conservative reporter.
Just as the president was telling the crowd, “it is the right thing to do,” Neil Munro with Tucker Carlson‘s DAILY CALLER interrupted the president’s remarks to ask a question. “Excuse me, sir,” Mr. Obama said. “It’s not time for questions, sir. Not while I’m speaking.”
Once he finished his statement the president was scheduled to leave, since this was not meant to be a press conference with questions. But instead of leaving, the president took on his questioner:
“The answer to your question, sir, and the next time I prefer you let me finish my statements before you ask this question is this is the right thing to do for the American people.” Munro continued to interrupt the president, egging on a confrontation. “I didn’t ask for an argument,” Mr. Obama said. “I’m answering your question. It’s the right thing to do for the American people.”
LOL I heard about this on Saturday. Handle your business Mr. President!
