Pantelligent is a nonstick, die-cast aluminum pan that connects to your smartphone via Bluetooth and walks you step-by-step through a recipe — all while monitoring the heat of the pan and the overall doneness of the meal.

Special sensors keep track of surface temperature, while the handle of the pan houses a battery-powered Bluetooth chip that sends information back to the app.  Almost like magic, the app calculates the amount of cook time remaining.

For example, if you’re wanting to prepare a ribeye steak, the only information you need to input is the thickness of the steak to prepare it with ease.  You can even measure the meat in-app using a handy ruler tool.
